2017 Girls State Finals - Update

Holiday Greetings

It is time to prepare to enter your girls for the Inaugural Indiana High School Girls Wrestling State Championship series.  IHSAA wrestling schools were divided into north and south regionals with the dividing line being I-70.  Please make sure to double check on Trackwrestling for our accuracy on your school’s location.  If we are incorrect please notify use immediately.  You will be receiving an email with information on how to enter your wrestlers within the week.  Some important information to remember:

-All wrestlers must be a member of an IHSAA wrestling team

-All wrestles must have 4 official weigh ins, 2 lb. allowance if they have made scratch weight 2 times

-Weigh-ins at 6:15  with      Wrestling starting at 6:45

-Wt classes: 88, 98, 106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 145, 152, 160, 170, 182,

                    198, 220,285

-Top 4 wrestlers at Regionals in each weight class will advance to the State Finals

-Team competition: points awarded same as IHSAA State Wrestling Finals

-Teams may enter more than one wrestler per weight class.   Only one wrestler may score points for a team.  You will need to designate which wrestler will be the scoring wrestler for your team.  Instructions will come with email on how to enter your wrestlers.

-Coaches will be responsible for entering their wrestlers on Track Wrestling
